What types of materials do you use for your products?
We work with a wide variety of products and materials specially designed to perform in Quebec’s climate. Do you offer solutions adapted to Quebec's climate?

Tendal 3-season solariums are designed to perform in our climate when used and maintained properly. All our other products are selected for their durability in the face of cold, snow and temperature variations.
If a product is not recommended for a particular use or situation, we will clearly inform you.
How long does an installation usually take?
Installation times vary according to the nature and complexity of the project. We ensure rigorous follow-up with our customers at every stage, including measurements, manufacturing date, delivery and installation date, particularly for Tendal solariums and products. So you’re always kept up to date on the progress of your project.
Do you offer a certified installation service?
Yes, Pro du Patio holds a valid RBQ license (RBQ: 5767-8096-01) and is also a certified member of the APCHQ.
All our installers and subcontractors are trained and certified to install our products, ensuring safe, high-quality, compliant work.
Can I buy the products without installation?
Yes, we can. A large majority of our products are available via our online materials store :
However, some products don’t fit in because of the complexity of the installation or the scale of the project. In these cases, personalized support is required.
How long does it take to receive a quote and complete a project?
We offer a quick quotation service after analyzing your project. Completion times then vary according to the time of year, availability of materials and complexity of the work.
Do you offer financing options for projects?
Yes, we offer financing solutions in partnership with Financeit.
However, this program is not available for all project types. We recommend that customers call or e-mail us in advance to check whether their project is eligible for financing.
How do I maintain a Tendal solarium?
Tendal products are designed to be durable and easy to maintain. We provide our customers with all the documentation they need to ensure proper maintenance and preserve the longevity of their solarium.

What are the advantages of a sliding or pivoting glass system?
A sliding or pivoting glass system works like a patio door, but in a high-end, full-size version.
It creates a true wall of glass that opens and closes, offering a much wider opening than a standard patio door. This maximizes light, air circulation and the impression of open space.
Can you intervene in the event of a problem after installation?
Yes, we have an after-sales service with a dedicated area for service calls.
Service calls are made when weather conditions permit. Due to cold, snow and ice, service calls cannot be made during the winter months.
