- No service by phone, text or email will be processed.
- Be sure to provide all the information requested to avoid any delays.
- You can attach photos to help us better understand the problem.
General terms and conditions
Pro du Patio is a seasonal business, operating in spring, summer and fall. Any service call requested outside these periods (e.g. winter) will only be processed at the beginning of the next high season.
- The average processing time for calls in high season is around one month.
- Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate information to avoid delays.
- Pro du Patio cannot be held responsible for damage or problems occurring outside operating periods or due to poor maintenance or inappropriate use.
Warranties and coverages
Pro du Patio – Installation
- Coverage: 1 year from date of installation.
- Out of warranty :
- Travel costs: minimum $175 (includes 1 hour of service within a 25 km radius of the store).
- Supplements: $2.50/km additional, $105/hr per man.
Pro du Patio declines all responsibility for damage or problems occurring outside the warranty period or in the event of misuse.
Solarium Tendal
- Cover :
- 1 year on polymer and window and door screens, from receipt of materials.
- Structure and paintwork: guaranteed by Tendal.
- Out-of-warranty: all costs (travel, labor, parts) will be billed according to applicable rates.
Pro du Patio is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, inadequate maintenance or external events.

To ensure that your service request is processed correctly, it is important that you comply with the following conditions:
- Requests cannot be made in-store, by phone, text or e-mail.
- Be sure to provide all the required information, including contract number, installation date and, if possible, photos of the problem.
- If you fail to complete the form with the correct information, your request will not be processed.
